Congress reception

The reception desk for the congress is on the 1st floor of the Mie University Auditorium (Sansui Hall). Reception will start at 8:30 in both days.

Fellowship Banquet

Date: December 7th (Saturday) 18:00 - 20:00
Location: Mie University second co-op (the next building of the congress venue)
Fee: ¥3,000 (¥2,000 for students and graduate students)

If you have already paid the fee for the banquet, you will have a sticker attached to your nametag.
If you decide to attend the banquet once you arrive at the conference, please visit the Reception Desk to pay and receive a sticker for your nametag.
Please note that once capacity is reached, we will close registration for the banquet.

JAIH Membership Information

Representatives from the Japan Association for International Health will be available on both the 7th and 8th of December to assist with payment of annual membership fees in addition to registering those who wish to become JAIH

Other

Lunch

Lunch box are sold at the Mie University second co-op (the next building of the congress venue).
There is a convenience store in the campus.
There are restaurants around the campus that you may utilize for lunch.
On December 8th (Sunday), there is a luncheon seminar.

Smoking

Mie University campus is a non-smoking facility.

Paging/Announcements

The paging/announcement service is not available during the conference, so please utilize the Message Board located near the reception desk.

Shuttle Bus

Shuttle bus service is available from the west exit of Tsu station to Mie University.
