Pre-registeration reduces the burden of participation fee and the waiting time at reception. Registered participants will receive a certificate of participation before the congress if needed.
We strongly recommend that you register in advance.

Pre-registration is accepted by online registration from. Non-members can also register in advance.

Registration

For those who can transfer the registration fee in Japan, acceptance of pre-registration is completed at when we confirmed both [application for registration in advance] and [payment of participation fee]. Please carefully follow the the procedure.

Application

After completing the Pre-Registration Registration Form, you will receive an e-mail containing the registration details and payment method at the e-mail address you registered (if you do not receive it, please contact the congress office).

Methods of payment

The methods of payment will be found in automatic e-mail from pre-registiration system.

Correction and cancellation

The instructions on changing or cancelling your registration will be found in the automatic e-mail from pre-registration system. Please note that we can not refund the paid expenses.

Notes

• One application has to be made only for one participant.
• You can use only one e-mail address all through registration system.
• Please use one transfer slip per person.
• Once paid, the participation fee can not be refunded.
• We strongly recommend that you keep the pre-registration number and the transfer receipt safe until the academic congress and bring it to the venue.
